Booking Policy - PLEASE READ

Booking Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments for services $50 and above. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of booking or at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time—whichever comes first. Unpaid appointments may be canceled or released. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes. Late cancellations or reschedules may incur a fee. Unconfirmed appointments may be released at my discretion. Late Policy PLEASE READ

Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service experience. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or modified to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling, depending on the service and remaining time available. If your appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you know you are running late, please contact Dream Skin Esthetics as soon as possible. Accommodation is not guaranteed, but every reasonable effort will be made when the schedule allows.
